Merchandise Planning

Merch is more than something to sell at the table after a show. It is a way for fans to take the music with them.

Merchandise Planning helps artists understand what fans are buying, what they are not buying, and what they may want next. We look at product performance, pricing, inventory, timing, and buying patterns to help identify what is working and where the plan may need to change.

The goal is to make the sales table easier to manage and more connected to the artist’s larger business. Are certain products selling better in certain markets? Are sizes, styles, or quantities creating unnecessary waste? Are there items fans might value that are not being offered? Are there ways to use pre-orders, limited drops, bundles, or partnerships to reduce the burden on the artist while still giving fans something meaningful?

When planned with more clarity, these offerings can become more than an afterthought. They can support the live show, strengthen the fan connection, and create a more reliable source of revenue without pulling the artist further away from the music.
